The Day After…

May 7, 2008

Launching a new product is always interesting. Seeing your baby hit the market and received with positive reviews and feedback is priceless.

Its funny. I never get used to launch days. There’s always a nervous energy and, though I’ve had a lot of these by now, always some apprehension wondering how all the work producing a product will be received.

Yesterday we launched two products in fact. Utility Poster and TrackBoost. Double apprehension!

Everything went more smoothly than most product releases we’ve done and the feedback so far has been awesome!

Here are some comments that are spread throughout recent posts I made for both apps:

Jack,

I bought TrackBoost and all I can say is Thank You! This tool will save me a boat load of time and will generate a much needed improvement in my blogs. I can see it helping me reach out to other bloggers and work together in niches and above all bring me a lot of traffic and money. I am sure I will recoup the cost in less than a few days with the right blogs and products.  -Daniel Beatty

Hey Jack,

I just want to tell you that both Utility Poster and Trackboost are great.

At first, I did not think I would have much use for them honestly — but I’ve used at least one of them on every post I’ve done since I started using them.

What I typically do is write my post, do all the magic we do from SPL — then come back in a few days and use either TB or UP on the post.

I do it this way as it gives me another opportunity to ping the post (with TB) as the content on it has changed. -Andrew Daum

“Utility Poster freakin’ rocks.”

Blogging so easy even a Caveman can do it.

Thanks for the tools Jack!

Thanks Jack,

No more excuses not to make a post! The features of this software really explain the title. This should really help us out. Thanks again Jack! -Steven

Sales have been robust and I imagine a lot of people are just playing with their new toys and haven’t gotten back here yet to give feedback.  This is the place to do it.  Would love to hear more of what you all think and would like to see some examples of the work you’re doing with either app on your blogs!

Thanks to all our customers for your undying support and enthusiasm!

Give me a shout below about TrackBoost or Utility Poster…

    Congrats Jack & Brandon!

I can’t believe you were apprehensive. Trackboost and UP are solid tools that produce measurable, tangible results… not a philosophy or promise.

I love Trackboost! It has added a giant boost to my link building arsenal in only a few minutes time. Efficient tools that work, I like it!

    Keep the goods coming.

    Thx!

    Hey Jack,

Trackboost and Utility Poster are awesome. You continue to amaze me in your ability to create real value and stay on message when so many other Internet marketers are kicking over rocks looking for something to sell.

Hey - where do I find the trackback permalink on this post?

    also…

The last 3 times I’ve tried to Digg posts on your site I get:

This link does not appear to be a working link. Please check the URL and try again.

When I go to Digg. I’ve searched and put the fully qualified URL in and yet it won’t let me Digg ya?

    What up!

    Hank,

Apprehensive in that illogical way when you’re hoping people will like what you’ve produced even if you are pretty sure they will. Clicking that send button is always exciting on launch day and you hope for the best, which we got in spades because of great supporters like you!

    Rick,

No need to find my trackback urls - TrackBoost will find them for you. I can’t remember what the problem was last time I checked with showing mine but my feeble tech brain couldn’t figure it out with this template!

Not sure what’s up with Digg. Maybe they don’t like me anymore and have banned my domain.

Luckily, no single source of traffic can affect a Power Linker! But I’d love to know why they are not liking my URLS.

Been playing with these tools for a couple of days. They are addictive. Nice work. Couldn’t make the webinar on Friday. Will there be a copy available?

    Hi Jack,

Trackboost really help me to crank up idea on resource list type of content. I do have a request though.

Is it possible to add the tagging feature in Trackboost ? I find it rather troublesome to write post in Trackboost and log into the WP Dashboard for the sake of adding tags only.

    Jack,

These are wonderful tools. They are life changing. I just didn’t know I was dreaming of them! :-)

Please have a look at my post whose title is “Post creation and trackboost process” in the “ASC open discussion forum”.

    Ditto,

At this point we don’t have a solution for the tagging issue. It is something I also would like resolved, but at this point I have to do the same as you and edit tags through WP Admin.

Got something to say?
