I like that concept also you have a home base and then your outpost. Reminds me of what Howie Schwartz said that marketing is like a war. Your going to battle everyday for peoples attention.
So you need your platoons or outpost to report back to home base where you have your reinforcements.

That’s a great list, but I particularly like #23 - don’t hang around with groups of fired co-workers.
Having a positive mental outlook is an absolutely paramount requirement at times like these, and sympathising with people about how it’s all the fault of this person, that regulation or whatever, is not the way to develop a positive attitude!
